I was using Kayak to search for a recent hotel stay and after being burnt by Booking. I was given a prompt to call for a better rate than what their online pricing was showing and when I called I was offered a different room than the king suite I was booking and told the only difference was that it had 2 queen beds instead of a king and it was going to be cheaper. The room I received only had 2 full sized beds not queens.
I had also asked to verify the free breakfast, wifi and parking, only to find out by the hotel at check in that wifi was not free and later at check out that parking was not free as well. The hotel comped the fees we were charged for parking and apologized and even informed me that my room would have been even cheaper if I had just booked straight through the hotel.
When I asked how they claim to be the cheapest rates possible when they quote you a price and then you get hit with these ridiculous fees that literally add up to more than what a one night stay at the hotel would have cost me, I was told that they have to charge fees to pay for the customer service fees.
What a joke. The gentleman even laughed at me after I told them they were crooks. I will never recommend anyone to use this sight or any others for that matter. Very disgusted with their practices. I would give a 0 star review if it were an option.
I have used Priceline for months and months spending thousands of dollars booking through Priceline. I have now had multiple experiences that their reservations are not true to the hotel policy. This last booking I was actually subjected to dangerous situations assaults of the staff and drugs in and out of the hotel.
My cousin actually had her car stolen while in the parking lot. Was re-roomed due to broken air conditioning unit. Witnessed assault. Cops were there more than 5X in the matter of 2 days. A woman running around the hallways all night in her panties with an ankle monitor on yelling profanities. Priceline specifically said it was pet friendly and had to re-home and foster our dogs for a week because it was NOT pet friendly.
So then I called priceline since I booked through them to complain about these horrific experiences and ISSUES and priceline told me that nobody had complained to the hotel. I was told to call priceline since I booked through them. I stated that I WAS complaining. I either had 15 minutes to leave the hotel to get a refund for the unused stay or not get a refund at all. This is not the second time that their website states false advertisements and refuses to refund the money.
I was subjected to a stay in a hotel that was dangerous and was VERY scary. Wish I would have seen these reviews before, I used Priceline before and never had any problems. Well fair warning stay away from them.
They will take your money and promise the world then you get the shaft. Made airline reservations with them round trip with rental car, one layover, good price. Well when I logged in with the airline the trip routing completely different with a connecting flight of 4 minutes. Who can connect in 4 minutes? Then on return trip had me flying out of Philadelphia and Chicago at the same time. I don't think I have a twin that can use the other flight.
Now the rental car oh that's nonrefundable. Rep says I should have looked at the fine print. Well you don't get the fine print till you book it. My credit card has travel protection lets hope. I have used Priceline for many years and they continuously create new ways to deliberately deceive their customers.
They are a very crooked company. They farm out their customer service to India and sized it down so you have to wait more than an hour to get through.
They advertised a credit card and credit card credit for using their credit card. I applied, got accepted, I have plus credit rating. And then did not give me the credit for doing what they said to do. It is a complete scam. Priceline is very crooked with lots of hidden fees.
I will not be using them ever again. I will find a company that is honest upfront about their conditions. This company will process your order in USD without being transparent. Hopefully, you won't have to proceed with a refund like I did, because they will claim to have free cancellation then after hitting the cancellation button quote you with cancellation fee they are automatically deducting from your refund. Afterwards you'll find out that your refund will have a difference of whatever the currency rate dictates and the company will take 0 accountability for the cost you have lost.
They have no concern whatsoever for scamming Canadians. This was a last minute decision in the middle of a pandemic hoping to save money.
The hotel itself had nothing to do with this unfortunate experience. That encouraged my decision to stay for two, rather than one.

Management has favourites. Cons Long hours, sick people always, major gossip. Very productive and inclusive to all team members. Overall, the experience that i have had by working at Priceline Australia had been extremely knowledgable and insightful towards my way of life and have been brought out of my comfort zone by being able to talk to customers more regularly as i was very nervous talking to people i didn't know.

Calm and productive work placement. I did work experience here for school so I didn't get paid. It was a nice, busy lifestyle and he offered me a job on the second day of working there but I said I would get back to him.

They offer alot of training to further your skills. They support the local community as well. Such a great company to work for, and couldn't ask to work with a better bunch of people like I did a Priceline. Highly recommend Priceline Australia.
