The rails have magnets of their own, and as the wheel rotates, the magnets are constantly pulling towards the rail, and thus somehow having a forward propulsion. I have the same problem. I am unable to equip the skyhook as well, which I am sure doesn't help. Is there some weird bug thing going on here, or am I just being really stupid? All you people posting, surely someone has successfully used the skyline and can give us a clue?
